Senior Graphic & E-commerce Designer

About this role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Graphic & E-commerce Designer
to join our marketing team.

The ideal candidate should be able to create attractive visuals that help increase clicks, enquiries,
conversions and sales across digital advertising, social media, websites and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Meta, TikTok and social media advertisements

• Create e-commerce product images and marketplace visuals

• Design promotional posters, carousels, banners and campaign materials

• Create website and landing-page visuals

• Produce graphics for WhatsApp, Telegram and email campaigns

• Design product bundles, vouchers and promotional offers

• Create multiple design variations for advertising tests

• Support branding, partnerships, roadshows and corporate materials

• Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms

• Support basic short-form video editing when required

• Work closely with the marketing and content teams

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field

• Preferably 3–5 years of relevant experience

• Strong portfolio in e-commerce, paid advertising, FMCG, consumer products or service businesses

• Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva

• Experience designing for Meta, TikTok, Shopee, TikTok Shop or similar platforms

• Basic video-editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro or After Effects

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Adobe Firefly

• Good English and Indonesian communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Able to manage multiple deadlines

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Available full-time with substantial overlap with Singapore working hours

Salary

• Staring from IDR 5,000,000 per month
(The final salary will depend on experience, portfolio quality and practical assessment results.)
