## What You Won't Be Doing ❌

• Designing in isolation with no context
• Guessing what's technically possible
• Waiting around for a "perfect" brief
• Moving at slow, corporate speed

## What You'll Actually Be Doing ✅

• Sitting with our PM to shape features from day one
• Understanding how the system works before designing a frame
• Asking sharp questions and filling in the gaps yourself
• Moving fast, iterating often, no fluff

## You Bring

• Figma fluency — not just using it, but thinking in it
• A builder's mindset — you'd rather ship and improve than perfect and stall
• Some IT or front-end development background, so your designs live in reality, not fantasy
• Real curiosity — personal projects or side work that show you design because you love it
• Strong communication skills — because good design starts with good conversation
• Attention to detail and a collaborative attitude

## The Setup

• Remote-first, but Jabodetabek candidates preferred for easier syncing when needed
• Startup environment — expect speed, ownership, and room to grow fast
