iOS Mobile Developer

About this role

Jackson Ventures is hiring an iOS Mobile Developer to support the development of the IPOT platform.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain the iOS application for the IPOT platform
• Build and maintain reusable, well-documented Swift/SwiftUI components
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate requirements into functional features
• Integrate REST APIs, SDKs, and third-party services
• Optimize app performance, memory usage, and load times
• Handle App Store submission, versioning, and release management
• Debug and resolve issues reported from QA or production
• Write clean, maintainable code following iOS best practices
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical input on architecture decisions
• Monitor crash reports and analytics to proactively identify issues

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience as an iOS Developer
• Strong proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI (UIKit experience also acceptable)
• Solid understanding of iOS architecture patterns (MVVM, MVC, or similar)
• Experience with Xcode, Git, and standard iOS development tools
• Experience consuming REST APIs and handling asynchronous data
• Understanding of App Store submission and review process
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills in English

Nice to Have:

• Published apps on the App Store (portfolio/links required)
• Experience with fintech, trading, or investment-related apps
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile (Fastlane, Bitrise, etc.)
• Experience with push notifications, biometric auth, or in-app payments
• Basic understanding of Android development (cross-platform awareness)
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
