What are we looking for?

If you are a Full Stack Software Engineer who enjoys building end-to-end features, working across modern techstacks like .NET 7/8, Angular 14/15, TypeScript, MySQL, and Elasticsearch, while maintaining legacy systems in AngularJS and Angular 8, this role is for you! You'll also have the chance to contribute to our Ruby backend services from time to time.

You'll own your work from design to release, provide technical leadership, and help set engineering standards. If you also enjoy setting engineering standards, collaborating in agile teams, and leveraging AI tools to boost productivity, you'll fit right in.

What are you expected to do?

- Agile Delivery: Participate actively in scrums, sprint planning, and JIRA workflows.
- Full Ownership: Own the design, development, testing, release, and support of your work.
- Full Stack Development:
- Backend: C#/.NET 7/8 and Ruby (as needed)
- Frontend: Angular 14/15 and TypeScript, with maintenance of AngularJS and Angular 8
- Database design and optimization: MySQL.
- Trunk-Based Development: Contribute continuously to the trunk, keeping the codebase production-ready.
- Testing & Quality: Write and maintain automated tests; ensure your work meets requirements without a dedicated QA team.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor team members, lead code reviews, and uphold engineering standards.
