The Role
We're looking for a
Digital Marketing Manager
who can own our digital channel performance and help build out our marketing function as we scale. The north star is straightforward:
use digital to directly generate leads and support sales
. Brand and content matter, but they serve that goal.
We'd love someone who brings ideas to the table, advocates for them, and follows through. You'll report directly to management, which means a short feedback loop, real visibility, and genuine room to make your mark. This role has the potential to grow into something bigger as the team and the business do — and we're looking for someone who's excited by that prospect.
What You'll Own
1. Drive qualified leads and measurable sales pipeline through Condev's digital channels — this is the core metric
2. Conceptualize, plan, and execute campaigns across paid social, Google Ads, organic social, email, SEO/content, and channels you identify
3. Develop content strategy and oversee or produce content that resonates — from aspirational homebuyers to discerning investors
4. Test new ideas, formats, and approaches; refine what works and move on from what doesn't
5. Build and maintain Condev's organic presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
