Job Summary:
The Sr. Digital Product Manager at Viking oversees the new account management initiative withing Vikings digital products, leading this large scale and cross product feature from concept through execution. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering intuitive, data‑informed digital experiences and leverages AI tools to enhance decision‑making, prioritization, and operational efficiency.
This is a hybrid position based in our Woodland Hills, CA office. You will be required to adhere to our hybrid work policy, working from our office Monday and Thursday plus one additional weekday on a weekly basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Project Ownership:
- - Drive Marketings perspective on personalization and customer journeys - This role will take the lead and facilitate website personalization and recommendations implementations for all existing digital products and mobile app.
- Lead large scale new initiatives from requirements, user stories and final delivery.
- Make product decisions aligned with business goals and impact.
- Partners with executives and stakeholders to define initiatives and translate them into an actionable roadmap.
- Manage product backlog and collaborate closely with the Scrum Master to ensure smooth sprint execution.
- Guest Experience Enhancement:
- - Partner with UX/UI designers to ensure experience meets brand standards and usability expectations.
- Gather insights from call center, research team, and guests to drive platform enhancements.
- Conduct competitive analysis and use AI‑driven insights to identify opportunities for site improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- - Work seamlessly with other digital website teams, IT, QA, scrum, marketing, compliance, customer service, and other teams to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
