2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Business Analyst, Revenue Analytics is responsible for developing and maintaining analytical tools and data infrastructure to support the Large Customer Sales business channel. This role drives revenue strategy by translating complex data into actionable insights, enhancing sales performance, and enabling faster, data-driven decision-making.

3. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate strategically with Sales, Go-To-Market Strategy, Finance, Product, and Data Science teams to deliver analytics shaping revenue strategy.

• Develop and govern semantic models and business logic for dashboards and AI-driven analytical tools.

• Guide business partners in interpreting complex data to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.

• Ensure timely delivery of insights, automate recurring reports, and improve data models continuously.

• Partner with Data Science and Salesforce teams to manage and improve ETL workflows, revenue data foundations, and data pipelines.

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• Over 4 years of relevant experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or similar fields.

• More than 3 years of experience with SQL and relational databases.

• Over 3 years of experience developing dashboards using Looker or similar tools.

• Experience with large-scale data processing; knowledge of BigQuery is a plus.

• Proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted tools for analysis and data workflows.

• Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business outcomes.
