Job Summary

Senior Lead Business Analyst
to lead enterprise business analysis, digital transformation, and strategic product initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in
Business Process Analysis, Requirements Management, Agile Methodologies, Product Delivery, Data Analysis, Process Improvement, and Stakeholder Management
, with proven experience delivering enterprise-scale business solutions across complex environments.

This role requires ownership of
business strategy, requirement elicitation, solution design, process optimization, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration
while providing leadership to business analysis teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead enterprise business analysis initiatives across multiple business units and strategic programs.
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, JAD sessions, and requirement discovery meetings.
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Develop
Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, Gap Analysis, and Acceptance Criteria
.
- Perform current-state and future-state analysis to support business process transformation.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, QA teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Support Agile Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
