Overview:
The Signify Analytics team is seeking a Senior Analyst responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and reporting on provider performance behaviors within the clinical network. Operating at the intersection of Clinical Success and Diagnostic and Preventive Services (DPS), this role will review datasets and build reports that assist leaders in refining the strategic oversight of the provider network conducting in-home and virtual health evaluations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• **Data Investigation & Intervention:** Using primarily SQL, and Excel, retrieve, investigate, and analyze data on network providers’ performance (compliance, cancellations, quality, and DPS metrics), and prescribe targeted interventions to Clinical Network team leads.
• **Clinical Excellence & Quality:** Develop and implement data approaches to measure Clinical Guideline adherence and accelerate the integration of HEDIS performance measures.
• **Coaching Optimization:** Act as a liaison between DPS and Clinical Success, identifying providers appropriate for coaching and monitoring the efficacy of post-coaching interventions.
• **Reporting & Deep-Dives:** Complete ad-hoc reports, projects, and deep-dive diagnostics into provider operational performance to answer novel "why" questions from leadership.
