The Role

• Analyze data to extract and define relevant information, interpreting trends for strategic decision-making.

• Provide data-driven recommendations to executive leadership concerning production and product offerings.

• Perform complex statistical analysis on banking and financial data to identify insights related to programs, products, and services.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and automate data analysis processes and databases.

• Establish and refine reporting methods and procedures to enhance report content and completeness.

• Develop comprehensive reports for forecasting, trending, and results analysis.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation.

• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.

• Experience with various software applications including spreadsheets, databases, and statistical packages.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Experience in integrating automation and troubleshooting data processes.

• Strong understanding of reporting and data management best practices.
