2. About the Opportunity:

The Staff Data Scientist role is designed to enhance sales performance and enable data-driven decisions within the Go-To-Market organization. This position involves creating predictive models, refining measurement frameworks, and delivering actionable insights to accelerate growth and efficiency in sales efforts. The role collaborates closely with marketing, sales, data engineers, analysts, and fellow data scientists to develop impactful solutions that support strategic business decisions.

3. Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and deploy predictive models and algorithms to guide sales strategies

• Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics tools using SQL and BI platforms like Looker or Tableau

• Collaborate with sales and marketing partners to identify high-impact data science opportunities

• Communicate complex analyses and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives

• Continuously improve metrics, measurement frameworks, and data pipelines for accuracy and efficiency

4. Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics

• Expert-level SQL skills and proficiency with dashboard tools such as Looker or Tableau

• Advanced programming experience in Python or R

• Strong background in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data analysis

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive presentations

• Experience supporting Go-To-Market and Sales teams
