Senior AI Product Engineer

About this role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior AI Product Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.


Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available


Compensation: $180,000 – $220,000 annually


Responsibilities

• Lead development efforts and mentor engineers and product managers
• Collaborate with various departments for end-to-end ownership of technical products
• Develop greenfield projects and implement proof of concepts with hands-on coding
• Architect and implement end-to-end AI systems with a focus on trade-offs and risks
• Translate complex problems into holistic AI solutions while overseeing UX and UI development
• Employ data-driven solutions to solve cybersecurity challenges
• Establish data governance and security standards to ensure compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on product development experience, or 3+ with an advanced degree, in software, data science, or machine learning
• Experience managing large global products or projects with teams of over 20 engineers and cross-functional collaboration
• 4+ years in cybersecurity, automotive, energy, or healthcare industries
• Strong background with large unlabeled data and complex schemas
• Proven capability to handle budgets, legal contracts, and assigning tasks to both internal and external engineers
