Duties
- Prepare, review, and analyze complex journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and automation initiatives using systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar financial software.
- Oversee accounts receivable management, including billing cycles, collections, and cash application utilizing tools such as QuickBooks, Paychex, or ADP.
- Conduct detailed Excel data analysis employing formulas like VLOOKUP and advanced spreadsheet functions to support financial reporting and decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) controls by implementing robust internal audit procedures and maintaining thorough documentation of financial processes.
- Reconcile multiple accounts across various systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Kronos, UltiPro, Sage, and Ceridian to guarantee data integrity.
- Support payroll management activities by collaborating with HRIS systems like ADP or UltiPro and ensuring accurate payroll processing in compliance with tax regulations.
