Addison Group is partnering with an innovative, growing organization in the food and beverage manufacturing industry to hire a
Business Process Analyst
who thrives at the intersection of business and technology.

In this highly visible role, you'll partner directly with the
Head of IT
to optimize ERP processes, improve cross-functional operations, and drive strategic system enhancements across the business. This is an opportunity to influence how the organization leverages its ERP platform while helping establish scalable best practices.

Compensation:
$120k to $135k + bonus + profit sharing/comprehensive benefits package

Location:
Role offers fully remote flexibility with a high preference for candidates who reside in either Pacific Standard Time or Mountain Time.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to gather, validate, and prioritize ERP enhancement requests.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements while promoting configuration over customization whenever possible.
• Lead process improvement initiatives, evaluate solution options, and recommend best-practice approaches.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment across systems, workflows, and data.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and governance standards.
• Communicate system changes, support change management efforts, and help drive continuous process improvement across the organization.

Order to Cash:
Order management, fulfillment, invoicing, and cash application

Procure-to-Pay:
Vendor management, purchasing, receiving, and accounts payable

Plan-to-Produce:
Demand planning, production scheduling, manufacturing execution, and inventory management

Record-to-Report:
Financial accounting, close, and reporting
