The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Business Support Analyst Senior. In this role, you will provide data analytics services to the Corporate Communications and Public Affairs Office. The individual will assist business operations by collecting moderately complex data from a variety of internal and external sources, using statistical techniques to analyze the data for trends, as well as generating reports and visualizing data that leaders will use to make informed decisions. The individual will conduct data analytics activities, providing insights for high profile initiatives, such as USAA’s philanthropic, volunteer, and member-giving efforts, as well as efforts related to internal and external communications, to the achievement of strategies and objectives.

We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position will be based in San Antonio, TX.
