The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager who is hands-on and technically fluent in HubSpot. This role plays a critical part in executing and scaling our email and automation program, with a focus on template architecture, targeted deliveries, and testing.


You will work within a mature HubSpot environment that relies on custom objects, custom association labels, and advanced workflow logic to deliver highly personalized, context-aware lifecycle communication at scale. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into reliable, maintainable email systems.


What You'll Do

- Collaborate with teams to support their email goals through direct contributions and enabling them to self-serve
- Leverage a complex HubSpot data model to segment audiences and target emails
- Create, edit, and maintain HubSpot email templates and custom modules that are reusable, scalable, and on-brand
- Write and maintain HubL code to customize email templates and modules, including logical operators and loops to support dynamic content
- Migrate legacy emails into updated templates and modules
