About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
IT Project Manager
to lead SAP Logistics and 3PL Integration projects across LATAM. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end SAP logistics initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project governance, and ensuring successful implementation of warehouse and supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP Logistics and 3PL integration projects across LATAM
• Manage project planning, execution, governance, reporting, and delivery
• Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and 3PL providers
• Perform 3PL scope assessments and align business and technical requirements
• Manage project documentation, timelines, risks, issues, and status reporting
• Facilitate governance meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications
• Coordinate testing activities including SIT, UAT, OQ/PQ, and deployment readiness
• Support cutover planning, deployment, and data migration activities
• Assist with solution design and functional specification reviews
• Provide post go-live hypercare support and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support warehouse management system (WHS) implementations and SAP logistics solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing SAP implementation or IT transformation projects
• Strong experience with SAP Logistics and 3PL integrations
• Background in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain projects
• Experience managing global, cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and stakeholder management
• Experience with testing phases including SIT, UAT, OQ/PQ, and deployment activities
