Are you experienced in Salesforce support, business analysis, and production issue management? This role offers the opportunity to serve as a critical bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring platform stability, continuous improvement, and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Production Support & Incident Management

• Serve as the first point of analysis for Salesforce production issues, including:
• User-reported defects
• Data quality issues
• Automation failures
• Security and permission issues
• Integration-related incidents
• Triage, prioritize, and manage incidents based on business impact and urgency.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify underlying issues within configuration, processes, workflows, and data.
• Document incidents, findings, remediation plans, and resolution outcomes.
• Validate fixes in lower environments and support successful production deployment.
• Provide regular status updates and communicate impacts to stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle.

Salesforce Enhancements & Backlog Management

• Gather and clarify enhancement requests from business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into:
• User Stories
• Functional Requirements
• Acceptance Criteria
• Process Documentation
• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and Developers to refine requirements and assess technical feasibility.
• Participate in backlog grooming and prioritization activities.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test execution, and defect validation.
• Ensure enhancements align with existing Salesforce standards and business processes.

Platform Governance & Stability

• Ensure all changes comply with established:
• Change Management Processes
• Release Management Controls
• Audit Requirements
• Compliance Standards
