We are seeking an experienced
Senior Product Manager
with deep Salesforce expertise to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of enterprise sales technology initiatives. This role will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Business stakeholders to enhance seller productivity, improve customer engagement, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across a complex enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate has experience owning Salesforce products that support sales organizations, understands large-scale integrations, and can translate business needs into impactful technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Salesforce-based sales enablement capabilities.
• Partner with sales leadership and business stakeholders to identify opportunities that improve seller productivity and customer engagement.
• Drive enhancements supporting customer account management, sales performance, territory management, and sales execution.
• Lead initiatives focused on customer engagement, including tracking customer visits, sales activities, and relationship management.
• Build capabilities that support prospecting, lead generation, and acquisition of new customers.
• Work with engineering teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions and integrations with enterprise platforms.
• Define business requirements, prioritize features, and manage delivery across Agile teams.
• Analyze user feedback, adoption metrics, and business KPIs to continuously improve the product.
• Collaborate with architecture teams on complex Salesforce integrations and enterprise data flows.
• Evaluate and incorporate AI-driven capabilities that improve seller effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Salesforce and multiple integrated enterprise systems.
