Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

About this role

Looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes. The ideal candidate will have experience working with cross-functional business and IT teams to deliver enterprise Salesforce solutions from requirements gathering through implementation and user acceptance testing.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.

Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation.

Support solution design, system enhancements, integration efforts, and process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in enterprise environments.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ.

Solid understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) or Quote-to-Order (Q2O) business processes.

Experience gathering business requirements, stakeholder management, process mapping, and solution analysis.

Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, user story creation, and backlog grooming.

Strong experience supporting UAT, defect management, testing coordination, and business validation.

Salesforce Admin, CPQ, or CLM certifications are a plus.
