Sales Representative – Scaffolding | Queenstown | $80k + Car + Bonus

FallProof Limited is Queenstown's leading Layher scaffold specialist, delivering premium scaffold solutions across the region's busiest construction projects. We're growing and we need a genuine sales professional to help us grow further.

This isn't a desk job. You'll be out in front of builders, contractors, and project managers — building relationships, writing deals, and developing a pipeline that keeps our crews moving.

The role

Reporting to the directors, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and converting enquiries into confirmed work. You'll represent a company with a strong reputation and a product that sells itself to anyone who's used it.

The package

• Base salary $80,000 per annum
• Company vehicle
• Performance bonus structure
• Queenstown-based

What we're looking for

• NZ resident or citizen with full working rights
• Proven B2B sales track record — you can show us the numbers
• Real construction industry experience — you know the people and the language
• Self-motivated and accountable — you manage your own time and results
• Strong relationship builder across all levels, from site foreman to project director
• Sharp communicator — confident on the phone, clear in writing, credible in person
• Someone hungry to grow with a business that's heading somewhere
