What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead the overall delivery of Salesforce Solutions, including design and development of application components
• Manage project schedule, resources, risks, and reporting for successful project completion
• Serve as an escalation point for the Salesforce development team and provide overall guidance
• Develop implementation plans and a roadmap for future development aligned with existing infrastructure
• Support customers and end-users to define their requirements based on the latest Salesforce architecture

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Strong domain expertise with the Salesforce platform
• Minimum of ten (10) years of project management experience in the IT industry
• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience managing highly impactful initiatives in an enterprise environment
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "Public Trust" clearance

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Business Analyst, or other Salesforce certifications
• Agile SAFe, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), ITIL v4 certifications, or PMP
• Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
