Sales Development Representative

TCM is looking for ambitious and driven graduates to join our dynamic on-site sales team in London and play a key role in expanding our presence across the UK market.

As a fast-growing funding partner for innovative businesses, we help companies access government Tax Reliefs and Grants that support growth and innovation.

This role combines business development and partnership outreach. You will engage directly with innovative companies across the UK, while also building relationships with accountants, tax advisers, and professional firms who introduce clients to us.

You will speak with senior decision-makers, learn about innovative projects, introduce our services, and set up meetings with our consulting team.

This is an entry-level 12-to-18-month graduate role designed to develop you into a fully-fledged Business Development Manager, capable of managing the full sales process from prospecting through to closing deals.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identifying and reaching out to businesses across the UK that could benefit from TCM Capital’s services
  • Building relationships with accountants, tax advisers, and professional firms who may introduce clients to us
  • Engaging with business leaders via cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn
  • Building relationships with innovative companies in sectors such as technology, engineering, manufacturing, and life sciences
  • Attending networking events, expos, and other in-person opportunities to grow your connections
  • Collaborating with the wider team to identify new business opportunities and shape targeted campaigns
  • Qualifying leads and proactively following up with potential clients
  • Supporting the onboarding of new clients and contributing to closing deals

What We’re Looking For

  • Some experience in sales (ideally B2B) or another client-facing role
  • A 2:1 or higher in a BA or BSc degree
