High-Ticket Sales Closer (Remote) – College Admissions Coaching

About the Opportunity
We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing coaching company in the college admissions space, helping families navigate the path to top universities. The business is currently generating $30K–$50K/month and scaling toward $100K/month in the next 2–4 months.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a warm, high-quality lead flow (40–80 calls/month) with a proven offer and strong marketing performance.

What You’ll Do

• Take and close **sales calls** with qualified prospects (parents of high school students)
• Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs.
• Build trust and guide families through a **$4K–$6K coaching offer**
• Clearly communicate value and handle objections with confidence
• Track activity and pipeline in CRM systems
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently while maintaining a focus on long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with the team to improve conversion and client experience

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in **high-ticket closing ($3K–$10K+)**
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills (comfortable speaking with parents)
• Preferred: **Parent or experienced professional** who can relate to the target market
• Bonus: Background in **education, college admissions, or related fields**
• Self-motivated, reliable, and performance-driven

Compensation

• **~15% commission per deal**
• Current earning potential: **$6K–$9K/month early**, with strong upside as the company scales
• High-performing environment with **excellent lead quality (14X ROAS)**
