We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Engineer who excels in automation and is eager to explore AI-driven testing practices. If you are passionate about building reliable automation frameworks, collaborating with global teams, and innovating in the space of AI-assisted testing, we’d love to connect.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and offshore QE teams to deliver high-quality releases.
• Explore and implement AI-based testing tools and techniques to improve efficiency and test coverage.
• Engage in test planning, requirement reviews, defect analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively across multiple time zones to ensure alignment and progress.
• Bonus: Apply bond market knowledge (optional) to enhance domain understanding.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in automation testing using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent.
• Exposure to AI or machine-learning–driven testing approaches (pilot projects, POCs, or hands-on experimentation qualifies).
• Solid understanding of software QA principles and Agile methodologies.
• Effective communication skills and experience working with distributed teams.
• Bonus: Familiarity with bond markets or financial services (not mandatory).
