Job Summary
The Enterprise Data Governance and Quality (EDG) team is part of the Data Innovation Office within Enterprise Data and Analytics organization (EDNA). Our mission is to implement an enterprise model for the governance of data at Equinix and to elevate data as a critical asset. To build trust in data through standardized practices across global programs and lines of businesses, we are seeking a Data Quality Analyst to support the organization in maintaining high‑quality, trusted data across key systems. This role assists with data quality monitoring, issue investigation, documentation, and the execution of data governance processes. The analyst works closely with senior team members, data stewards, and data owners to ensure data quality standards are followed and issues are resolved in a timely manner.


Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain data quality rules (DQ FRD), metadata, and standards across data domains
• Work closely with data owners and stewards to drive corrective actions and remediation while establishing issue tracking, steps to remediate, and root-cause insights
• Assist with data cleansing and enrichment tasks across any prioritized data migration initiative
