About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead and support our signage projects in Australia. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, proven project management expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both local and international teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the delivery of projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
- Provide clear communication and regular project updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and client requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for efficiency in project delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager, ideally within medium to large organizations.
- Experience in the **signage or construction industry** is highly regarded.
- Proven track record managing end-to-end projects with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); project management software experience is an advantage.
