K-Beauty is a global movement—and we’re looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our presence in this fast-growing space.
This role is for someone who can combine strategy, creativity, and data to build a strong digital voice, create high-performing content, and drive meaningful engagement across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy
- Develop and execute social media strategies across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Align content with brand positioning and product launches
Content Planning & Production
- Build structured and repeatable content workflows
- Ensure consistent, high-quality, and on-brand visuals and messaging
Community & Growth
- Manage and grow an engaged online community
- Monitor trends and identify opportunities within the K-Beauty space
- Collaborate with creators, influencers, and partners
Performance & Analytics
- Track KPIs (engagement, growth, reach, conversions)
- Analyze performance and optimize content strategies
- Create regular reports and actionable insights
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams
- Support product launches and campaigns through social media
Qualifications
- At least **3+ years of experience** in social media management
- Background in **beauty, skincare, or personal care** is highly preferred
- Open to candidates outside the industry with strong passion for K-Beauty and proven results
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of **TikTok and Instagram platforms and algorithms**
- Proven ability to build and scale **content strategies and campaigns**
- Strong **visual and creative judgment** (clean, modern, aesthetic-focused)
- Data-driven with the ability to translate insights into actions
