We're seeking a Project Manager who brings clarity, structure, confident communication and positive momentum to complex Salesforce transformation projects.

If you've got Salesforce platform experience, it's a major plus but not essential to apply. The most important factor in your success will be your ability to work effectively across multiple complex technology projects in a fast-paced consulting environment.

## About LavaBox's Transformation Practice

Our Transformation Practice delivers innovative Salesforce, Data and AI projects alongside some of Australia and New Zealand's leading organisations. Projects typically range from $200k - $2m in scale and leverage Salesforce's sales, service, marketing, data, integration and industry solutions.

You’ll work closely with our Transformation Practice Manager, alongside experienced consultants, architects, developers and Marketing Cloud specialists. Your role will provide the project management discipline, stakeholder communication and delivery visibility that helps our consultants and clients deliver with clarity and confidence.

Project ControlYou’ll maintain the project control layer, ensuring delivery is planned, progress is visible, and the scope and commercials are well-governed.
