Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Senior or Principal Full Stack Software Engineer who enjoys working directly with clients, contributing to solution architecture, and remaining hands-on throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

This is an opportunity to move beyond coding alone. You'll work closely with customers to understand their objectives, help shape technical solutions, and collaborate with a talented engineering team to deliver modern cloud-based applications that make a real impact.

The Opportunity

As a senior member of the engineering team, you will:

• Partner with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Contribute to solution architecture, technical design and technology selection.
• Design, build and deliver scalable backend and full stack applications.
• Work across the entire software development lifecycle, from discovery through to deployment.
• Facilitate technical workshops and architecture discussions with customers.
• Mentor developers and champion engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with a high-performing, fully remote engineering team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

About You

• Extensive commercial software development experience.
