About the Opportunity

• Join a fast-growing New Zealand consumer products business in a broad Operations & Supply Manager role with ownership across the end-to-end supply chain.
• Lead ingredient procurement, inventory planning, production scheduling and 3PL relationships across New Zealand, Australia and the USA.
• Work closely with finance, customer service and sales/marketing to ensure operations support business growth and promotional activity.
• Oversee retail operations, including e-commerce administration, order processing and stock accuracy through Shopify.
• Drive operational improvements, coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure products are delivered on time and in full across international markets.
• Play a key role in supporting future business growth and expansion into new markets.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, production or operations management within FMCG, consumer goods, manufacturing or a related industry.
• Experience managing production partners and/or 3PL providers, with exposure to international supply chains highly regarded.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities, suppliers and stakeholders across different markets.
• Confidence working cross-functionally with finance, customer service, sales and marketing to keep operations running smoothly.
• Experience with retail operations or e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, including order management and inventory control.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work autonomously, solve problems and take ownership of operational outcomes.
