Operations Manager II – Digital and AI Transformation Practice

About this role

• 5+ years of Operations Management experience

• Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations

• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence

• Understanding of WWT business functions and organization, including Sales, Marketing, Partner Management, Services, and the Digital and AI Transformation Practice

• Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills

• Self-directed, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands

• Experience with Agile processes, e.g., Kanban board-driven development projects

• Strong business acumen & interpersonal skills; ability to negotiate with business partners

• Experience supporting an executive in a Chief of Staff, business operations, or program/project management capacity

• Experience managing or forecasting headcount and operating budgets

• Experience with AI adoption, automation, or citizen development programs strongly preferred

• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

• Ability to manage teams, work efforts, and KPIs using productivity tools including Microsoft Office suite, Smartsheets, Salesforce, and Tableau

• Remote work experience with Webex, MSFT Teams, and other tools

• Experience with budgeting and forecasting tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Excel, Anaplan) to track headcount and spend

• Experience with AI tools including Microsoft Co-Pilot, Claude Work/Code, Google Gemini

• Familiarity with AI adoption and citizen development frameworks and tracking tools

• Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment when representing leadership in their absence
