You are an experienced bookkeeper or junior accountant who takes quiet pride in work that is thorough, accurate, and done right the first time. You don't need applause after every task, but you hold yourself to a standard that would earn it. You're not looking to manage a team, build a brand, or climb a ladder. What You'll Do

• Categorize and reconcile transactions with precision and consistency across multiple client accounts
• Maintain clean, accurate books in QuickBooks Online; adapt quickly to other software tools as needed
• Manage your own time and workload within structured assignments and checklists
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, integration failures, and reconciliation issues independently — using your accounting knowledge, software expertise, and critical thinking to get to the right end product
