Protective is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II to serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping to define, analyze, and deliver business solutions that support operational and strategic objectives. This role is ideal for a collaborative problem solver who excels at gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and translating business needs into actionable technical solutions. The successful candidate will bring strong analytical skills, experience working within structured software development environments, and a passion for driving continuous improvement across business systems and processes.

### Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize business requirements.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and system specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, quality assurance teams, and business partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support system implementation activities, including testing, validation, and deployment.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder meetings, and solution design discussions.
• Assist in evaluating system enhancements and identifying opportunities for process optimization.
• Create and maintain project documentation, business requirements, process maps, and training materials.
