What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead the full lifecycle implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, focusing on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), CPQ, and Contract Management
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of the NetSuite Billing module for seamless data flow and reconciliation
• Serve as the primary liaison between Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, and IT to align business needs with technical solutions
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and budget tracking to ensure project stays on schedule
• Coordinate with external partners to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Extensive experience working at a Salesforce Implementation Partner (SI)
• Proven experience as the lead Project Manager on at least two full-lifecycle Salesforce CPQ implementations
• Knowledge of Revenue Cloud, including Contract Management and Product Lifecycle Management
• Hands-on experience managing NetSuite implementations, particularly with billing and revenue recognition modules
• Ability to manage complex backlogs, sprint planning, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in a fast-paced environment
