About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong technical background to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive user stories and requirements, translating complex technical concepts into understandable language for stakeholders, and supporting Agile project methodologies. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience
• 3‑5 years of professional experience, including 3+ years of SQL querying expertise
• At least 1 year of experience in business process mapping
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira is advantageous
• Practical knowledge of Oracle, Microsoft SQL, .NET, MySQL, Java, and web-based applications
• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps are strongly preferred
