Key Responsibilities


Technology Planning &
Project Delivery

• Telecommunications, network,

infrastructure, and voice modernization projects.

• Develop project plans, schedules,

milestones, and resource requirements.

• Manage project risks, issues,

dependencies, and escalations.

• Coordinate project activities across DBHDD

facilities and stakeholders.

• Provide project status reporting to

leadership.


Infrastructure Modernization

• Develop and manage infrastructure upgrade

roadmaps for:

• Voice Services (VoIP/HVS)

• Data Networks

• Wireless Infrastructure

• Fiber and Structured Cabling

• Public Address Systems

• HVAC Monitoring Systems

• Fire Alarm Infrastructure

• Cisco Endpoint Refresh Programs

• Support implementation of emerging

technologies and infrastructure enhancements.




Telecommunications & Voice
Services

• HVS/VoIP transformation initiatives.

• Develop implementation strategies for

voice modernization projects.

• Coordinate site assessments, inventory

reviews, equipment staging, deployment, and migration activities.

• Ensure successful transition from legacy

voice platforms.


Vendor & Contract
Management

• Maintain partnerships with

telecommunications carriers and technology vendors.

• Coordinate vendor deliverables and project

commitments.

• Participate in technology evaluations and

vendor selection processes.

• Monitor vendor performance and contractual

obligations.


Asset & Infrastructure
Governance

• Oversee inventory management and

reconciliation efforts.

• Ensure infrastructure assets are properly

documented in Asset Management systems.

• Coordinate technology refresh initiatives

and equipment lifecycle management.
