Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Develop detailed project schedules using our project management software; coordinate construction schedule activities across teams.
• Manage project budgets by monitoring costs through our estimating tools; implement cost control measures to stay within financial targets.
• Oversee construction plans, schematics, and blueprints; ensure accurate interpretation and compliance with construction regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate project teams including contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and suppliers; facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and ensure adherence to construction regulatory compliance.
• Manage contractual agreements, change orders, and scope modifications while maintaining comprehensive documentation for project records.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a strong background in heavy civil or similar sectors.
