Accountabilities

• Manage healthcare and pharmaceutical advertising projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, workflows, and resource allocations to support successful project execution.
• Coordinate closely with account management, creative, editorial, production, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities and project objectives.
• Lead internal project meetings, facilitate effective communication, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions to maintain momentum.
