Project Manager III, Biopharmaceutical (GMP)

About this role

For our client, we are seeking a Project Manager III Biopharmaceutical (gmp) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a life sciences environment.


Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available


Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually


Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and oversee project delivery on time and within budget
• Facilitate client-facing meetings and coordinate client visits
• Support and lead program governance model activities
• Evaluate and escalate risks, monitoring project feedback
• Manage contract processes and ensure client project contract renewals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification
• 7+ years of relevant experience in project management or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong knowledge in FTE project management and financial forecasting
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Proven analytical skills and compliance with procedures and policies
