Senior Product Manager

About this role

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and technically adept Product Manager to lead the product strategy and roadmap for our 3S [Power Conversion Systems (PCS), Battery Management Systems (BMS) & Energy Management Systems (EMS)] portfolio targeting the North America market. This role requires technical leadership, project execution experience as well as commercial considerations.

Responsibilities

一、PCS & Grid Compatibility

1.Define and own the PCS product roadmap for the North America market, aligning with regional regulatory standards (UL, IEEE, NEC, NERC, ANSI) and utility interconnection requirements (IEEE 1547, Rule 21)

2.Define system-level requirements for BESS applications including peak shaving, frequency regulation, black start, and capacity firming in collaboration with system integrators and EPCs

3.Engage with IRA, DOE incentive programs, and FEOC implications to shape product strategy that maximizes customer eligibility and commercial advantage

4.Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer discovery to identify product gaps and growth opportunities in utility-scale, commercial & industrial (C&I), and microgrid segments

5.Collaborate with R&D, hardware engineering, and firmware teams to translate customer requirements into detailed product specifications (power ratings, efficiency curves, grid-forming capabilities, protection schemes)

6.Drive the full product lifecycle from concept through launch, including go-to-market planning, pricing strategy, and sales enablement

7.Manage product positioning against North American competitors

1.Define EMS roadmap for C&I and utility grade applications for North America market.

2.Define integration requirements for EMS-to-PCS communication protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, SunSpec, OCPP) and cloud platform APIs.
