The ideal candidate brings strong project management discipline, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate clearly across internal teams, client-facing stakeholders, and leadership audiences.
WHAT YOU’LL DO / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and drive all aspects of the project including initiation, planning/discovery, implementation, and closeout.
- Own, track, validate and manage project deliverables and milestones leveraging Project Management toolbelt including but not limited to:
- Project Charter
- Project Plan
- Status Report
- Communication Plan
- Risk Mitigation Plan
- Decisions / Actions / Issues Log
- Monitor project with day-to-day progress and communicate status to internal team members or workstreams
- Manage project delivery process, scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and communications to drive completion of moderately to highly complex projects.
- Identify, manage, and escalate risks to project or program success as needed, including clear assessment of impact and recommended mitigation options.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and develop, execute, and maintain communication plans tailored to appropriate audiences.
- Support PMO objectives and goals
- Contribute to PMO standards, governance, reporting, operational norms, delivery processes, and team guidance metrics.
- Facilitate and coordinate for user acceptance testing
- Support change management by identifying project impacts, building awareness and readiness, and contributing to training or adoption activities as needed.
