About the Role
The ERP Integration Manager will own the planning, execution, and ongoing management of ERP system integrations as we transition to and scale within Deltek Vantagepoint. This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and business strategy — responsible not only for a successful migration, but for building the integration architecture and internal processes that support the organization long after go-live.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Strategy & Governance
- Define and own the ERP integration strategy, including system architecture, data flow design, and long-term scalability.
- Establish governance frameworks, data standards, and integration best practices across the organization.
- Assess integration implications of strategic transactions (e.g., M&A activity) and advise leadership on risk, scope, and resource requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend integration tools, middleware, and methodologies appropriate to the organization's growth trajectory.
- Serve as the internal escalation point for all ERP integration decisions and issues.
Project & Program Management
- Lead end-to-end ERP integration projects from discovery through post-go-live stabilization.
- Develop and maintain project plans, resource plans, and risk registers for all active integration workstreams.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, IT, and project leadership to align integration timelines with business priorities.
- Establish reporting cadences and communicate integration status, risks, and decisions to senior leadership.
- Manage integration budgets and provide accurate forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.
Technical Oversight
- Oversee data mapping, migration script review, and reconciliation procedures across all integration efforts.
