Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Production Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our retail design projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a passion for design, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• **Project Planning:** Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
• **Coordination:** Act as the primary point of contact between clients, design teams, and fabrication crews, facilitating communication and ensuring clarity on project goals and timelines.
• **Monitoring & Reporting:** Track project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
• **Quality Control:** Ensure that all aspects of production meet the company’s high standards for quality and craftsmanship, conducting site visits as necessary.
• **Budget Management:** Monitor project budgets, manage expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
