About the Show

Your Little Castle airs five times weekly on ABC in St. Louis. Each episode features 28-minute interviews with small business owners about their journey and success. Guests complete 1–2 interviews produced into full 30-minute episodes. Licensing the finished interviews is optional and offered only after production.

Position Overview

The Production Coordinator identifies, contacts, and books qualified small business owners (annual revenue $300,000–$10,000,000) as interview guests. The core goal is to secure enough confirmed guests to fill five complete 30-minute episodes every week. There is no obligation for guests to license the content.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and build targeted lists of businesses in the St. Louis area meeting the revenue criteria.
• Conduct professional outbound outreach (phone, email) to introduce the show and invite owners to interview.
• Clearly explain the interview format, ABC broadcast opportunity, and that licensing is entirely optional.
• Schedule and confirm guests to maintain a steady weekly pipeline of five episodes.
• Coordinate basic logistics and hand off confirmed bookings to the production team.
• Track outreach activity, response rates, and bookings; report progress regularly.
• Maintain accurate records and deliver a respectful, transparent guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales, business development, talent booking, or production coordination.
• Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort managing high-volume outreach and meeting weekly booking targets.
• Self-motivated and resilient in a metrics-driven role.
• Knowledge of the St. Louis business community is a plus.
