The position also serves as a key backup when production managers are out of the office, ensuring that orders and customer samples continue moving without delays, and allowing managers to spend more time on the production floor focused on quality, training, and efficiency. Additional responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering reception calls, and providing general administrative support to the Production and Management teams.
The ideal candidate will bring a background in administrative or office support, ideally in a manufacturing or production setting, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage recurring responsibilities independently.
