Accountabilities


The Product Owner, Growth is responsible for building and scaling the company’s growth engine across multiple financial products and customer journeys. The role ensures that product experiences are continuously improved, compliant, and aligned with both customer needs and business objectives, while driving acquisition, activation, and retention.

• Own the end-to-end growth strategy across multi-product customer journeys and acquisition channels.
• Design and enhance digital financial products, including mobile apps, account management tools, and payment solutions.
