2. About the Opportunity:

The
Product Owner
is responsible for maximizing the value of the product and the delivery team's work by managing and prioritizing the product backlog. This role ensures clear communication of product goals and requirements, facilitates Agile processes, and acts as the liaison between stakeholders and the development team. The position is critical in aligning the product with business objectives and ensuring the delivery of features that meet customer needs.

3. Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate the Product Goal clearly.

• Manage and maintain a transparent product backlog, balancing priorities across maintenance and strategic initiatives.

• Review product features during development and provide feedback.

• Participate in Agile team activities and define epics and user stories with acceptance criteria.

• Engage with diverse stakeholders including senior management, business and technology teams, customers, and external partners.

• Represent stakeholder needs in the product backlog and serve as the customer voice for delivery teams.

• Foster team cohesion and focus on desired features while enabling team contributions.

• Provide direction and adapt priorities based on evolving user needs.

• Participate in Agile SDLC activities such as planning, refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate with other Product Owners and executives to align the product vision and backlog with program objectives.
