Now, we’re scaling even faster – and we need a Product Marketing Manager to take our LATAM expansion to the next level.

This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building things from scratch, and is ready to drive real business impact through data-driven marketing and growth strategies. You’ll be launching new markets, developing new professions, and scaling customer acquisition funnels, working on some of the most high-impact initiatives in our company.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in product management, growth, or product marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, user conversion, and growth loops.
• Experience in market research, audience demand analysis, and product launches.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where priorities shift as needed.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher). Spanish is a plus.

• **Market Expansion:** Research, validate, and launch new markets, including demand testing, setting up acquisition funnels, monitoring key metrics, and ensuring unit economics viability before scaling.
