Responsibilities
- Own funnel optimisation across all traffic sources (Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, organic)
- Build, launch and validate
web-to-app funnels
— landing pages, quizzes, paywalls, smart deep links, and attribution
- Build, launch and validate
app-to-app funnels
— cross-promotion, in-app referrals, and portfolio-wide user flows
- Analyze conversion rates by stage: Ad → Landing → Quiz → Paywall → Install → Checkout → Purchase
- Run monetisation experiments — paywall design, pricing, upsells, win-back, cancel flows
- Align in-app product experience with marketing promises and creative angles
- Drive LTV growth initiatives across retention, resubscription, and upsell
- Collaborate with developers and QA on implementation and release cycles
- Work with localised funnels across key geos
- Support lifecycle, email, and retargeting flows from the product side
- Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to generate growth hypotheses
Qualifications
Requirements
- 1+ years in Product Marketing, Growth, or Monetisation
- Experience with mobile subscription apps (iOS / Android)
- Hands-on experience building web-to-app funnels (quiz funnels, landing-to-paywall flows)
- Background in wellness, mental health, fitness, meditation, sleep, or productivity apps
- Experience with deep linking and deferred deep linking (Branch, AppsFlyer OneLink, Adjust)
- Experience with pricing and geo experiments
- Strong analytical thinking
- Solid understanding of funnel metrics and subscription economics
- Hands-on experience running A/B tests
- Ability to define hypotheses, run them, and measure impact cleanly
